Discovery Call (30 mins)

Designed to help individuals explore different therapy offerings, understand the benefit of therapy session, and explore other forms of support. The call helps you to explore the therapeutic-fit and rapport with the therapist before beginning long-term therapy. By the end of the call, you gain clarity about the next steps towards emotional and mental well-being.
