• Let us know if you're sick – We'll reschedule.

• Don’t take the shot if you’re very unwell – Wait till you’re better.

• Tell us about allergies or health issues – So we can take care.

• Don’t ignore how you feel – Tell us if anything seems off.

• Save your vaccine dates – We’ll remind you too!

• Skip alcohol 1–2 days before & after – let the vaccine work its magic!
