Dr. Nivedita Sudheer is a consultant psychiatrist trained at CMC Vellore (Diploma in Psychological Medicine) and NIMHANS, Bengaluru (MD Psychiatry), with experience in clinical and academic roles at both institutions and others. Specializing in psychotherapy, she was awarded the “Best Performer” in the psychotherapy training program at NIMHANS and has published research in peer-reviewed journals. She offers mental health services for anxiety, depression, sleep issues, relationship problems, eating disorders, sexual health, stress, and more, with a particular focus on women’s mental health during the peri-conceptional and post-partum periods, combining pharmacological and psychological treatments for the best care.
