If you’re persistently feeling low, sad, and unable to go about your daily routine, it’s a good idea to reach out to us. We will understand your concerns and help you on your journey to mental health healing. This may include:
- An intake therapy session to understand goals

- Seek medical support from a psychiatrist if required

Unfortunately, 1 in 3 women are likely to experience physical or sexual abuse in their lifetime. If you’re looking for help, we are here for you. Our care is completely confidential and non-judgmental. Steps may include:
- Intake therapy session to understand the effects of trauma on the mind and body 
- Build safety and stabilisation with a trauma-informed therapist 
- Build internal and external coping mechanisms for psychological support 
- Reprocessing trauma and reaching post-traumatic growth
- Medicolegal Registration 
- Gynaecologist consultation and examination 
- Contraception and STI testing

You will have a detailed conversation with our therapist to share whatever you are comfortable sharing. During your consultation, our experts will assess any other concern areas you may have as well. 
- Our experts will talk to you to understand the impact of the trauma on your mind and body 
- Our trauma-informed therapists will help you build safety and stabilisation 
- Our experts will help you build internal and external coping mechanisms 
- They will help and support you in reprocessing trauma and reaching post-traumatic growth
- It may be recommended to do a medicolegal registration of the incident 
- Our gyencologist will talk to you and perform an examination
- You may be advised contraception and STI testing
