During your visit, our experts will listen and help you start your journey to mental wellness.
- You will have a detailed conversation with our therapist to understand your history, share past experiences and any triggers, and discuss your wellness goals
- Various coping techniques may be recommended
- You may be given recommendations to practice coping techniques and share feedback about what’s working
- Our experts will recommend a series of therapy sessions if needed
