  • SURPRISE! - Squeeze your eyes (close them) and then also open them wide. Just like you would when surprised. Repeat this 10-15 times.
  • Eye-eye! – Get dramatic with your eyes while rolling them up- down, side to side. Keep rotating anti-clock and clockwise.
  • Play it by the ear! - Pull your ears to raise awareness or Pragya and hold up for 10-15 secs.
  • Power of 3! - Open your mouth and place together your index, middle and ring finger and massage the jaw line, cheeks, and chin area. This soothes and relieves stress from across the face.
  • The Balloon – Fill your cheeks with air and blow up your face as much as possible, while holding your breath for 10-15 secs.
  • Tease time – Open your mouth wide and push the tongue outside without inhibition. Make an ‘aah’ sound from the throat. Repeat 3-4 times.
  • Jaws! – Open your mouth wide and move the jaw from side to side.
  • Relax! - Rub and massage your temples and forehead with your palms. This will help in cooling down.
